I can wobble my eyes for around 2 minutes, is this damaging or normal? can anyone else?

I am 15, male. I am slightly short sighted, but not much. I have been able to wobble my eyes for about 10 years now, i don't do it very often and was just wondering if it was normal. What causes it? And does anyone else experience this?
