Im sick and i shared food with my dad.. will he get sick?

we were eating appetizers and i took a bite out of thius muffin thing then he ate the rest. And then i had a chip and i licked it and bit off it and by accident (idk why) i put it back in and my grandpa ate it! will they both get sick? I have some type of virus or cold.
