Who was the best middle reliever EVER in MLB? Chuck Crim?

The Brewers had this guy named Chuck Crim in the 80's. Probably very few folks remember him. The guy was a workhorse. Would pitch two perfect innings almost EVERY night and then Pete Ladd would come in and save the game. USUALLY he would save the game.
