How can you stop loving someone you know you need to stop loving?

yh he hurt u bad but if u know he luves u then try talkin to him. ask him why he hurt u n tell him jus how much he hurt u. but if he gives a stupid answer then forget him n jus find a distraction n i dont jus mean any old guy. but he hurt u n u wanting him is exactly wat he wants u to want. he wants to seem lyk a player n a heartthrob but its ur job to not fall into his trap!! be strong but test him 1st
