Do I have to do another braces consultation?

I went for a consultation in the beginning of June 2010, for braces. And they gave me this paper that says that the price offer is only valid for 90 days. But I never went back to get my braces. And now its the beginning of January 2011. I want to get them by the middle of Frebruary, but I was wondering since it's obviously ped 90 days, do I have to go back for another consultation? Because it's been quite some time, over 6 months.
