Does the Xbox 360 come with connection cables to a *standard* TV?

I am trying to find out if the Xbox 360 comes with connection cables to a STANDARD (ie. non-HD) TV? I noticed in the Argos catalogue that "standard TV connection cables" are available as accessories, which seems to imply that the cables that come with the 360 are only HD TV compatible. Can anyone clarify this for me please?
