Which beaches are better? (In SoCal)?

In my opinion, Huntington Beach. My wife agrees :-). She was born and raised in Georgia and every time we fly out to see my side of our family she wants to either go there or the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden on the Cal State Long Beach campus (my alma mater).
