IPod Touch 3rd Gen Question?

Sup guys I'm getting a 3rd gen iPod Touch and I'm wondering how big of one do I need? I'm downloading apps right now and so far ive got over 70 and still going. I also have about 4500 songs and 10 movies, but I can cut those down if I have to. I'm leaning towards the 32GB but will it be enough or should I get the 64GB? How much space do apps take up? Help me iPod people!!
