Stonybrook Vs University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center?

I was accepted in 3 Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships: LSU- Baton Rouge, UT-Southwestern Medical Center and Stonybrook University. I am considering attending grad school in the east, however I am not sure which institution is better. UT ranks quite high in research, but I wouldn't mind attending grad school at Stonybrook.. Which is better?
